Information on personal data processing

The Driving School M2 M3 (Autoškola M2 MB s.r.o.) with its registered office at 218 Havlíčkova, Rokycany 337 01, ID:08341281 (hereinafter referred to as `Driving School` only), as a personal data administrator, hereby takes the liberty to inform its clients (hereinafter also referred to as `Data Subjects` only) of the manner and scope of processing of personal data by the Driving School, including the scope of rights of Data Subjects related to the processing of their personal data by the Driving School.

Personal data is subject to processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as `GDPR` only) and in accordance with the relevant national data protection legislation. As a personal data controller based on a specific law, the Driving School is obliged to respect the right to protection of the private and personal life of the Data Subject when processing personal data. The legal regulation of the protection of the personality of a person, including their natural rights, is contained in Section 81 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. In particular, a person's life and dignity, their health and right to live in a favourable environment, his dignity, honour, privacy and his expressions of a personal nature are protected. A person whose personality has been violated has the right to demand that the unjustified interference be refrained from or that its consequences be eliminated. No one may invade the privacy of another unless he has a lawful reason to do so.

The Driving School, as a personal data administrator, is entitled to process personal data within the scope set by law without the consent of the Data Subject. Any other personal data may be only processed with prior consent from the Data Subject. Personal data of Data Subjects is processed by persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of their work duties and are bound by confidentiality.

What personal data does the Driving School process and for what purpose?

The Driving School processes personal data necessary for the identification of the Data Subject and for the fulfilment of legal obligations set out by law within the areas within the scope of the Driving School on the basis of legal regulations.

This is the following personal data: (included in the Application for Admission in Tuition and Training)

• name and surname

• date of birth

• identity document number

• driving licence number

• phone

• email

• address

The personal data provided voluntarily by the Data Subject to simplify and streamline communication with the Driving School, i.e. in particular e-mail and telephone number, is processed on the basis of legitimate interest.

What are the sources of personal data processed by the Driving School?

The driving school obtains personal data from the Data Subject mainly from the Application for Admission to Tuition and Training.

What entities receive personal data from the Driving School?

The competent municipal authority of the municipality with extended competence.

Where can you turn if you believe that personal data is being processed by the Driving School in violation of the law?

Information on what personal data about a particular Data Subject is processed by the Driving School may be requested in writing by the Data Subject or a representative at here.
